Barbara displays consistently horrible customer service. She’s extremely rude and condescending to my mother when she tries to ship packages for my small business. We flip mailers from USPS inside out to recycle shipping materials, and Barbara has accepted these in the past. However, she refused to today. That in itself is not the problem because we understand if it goes against policy. However, speaking to customers poorly like the way she did is not acceptable. She stated to my mother that her service depends on her mood and that she wasn’t in a good one today. This is not our first time having a negative interaction with Barbara, we even have a friend who shares a similar experience. Based on the other reviews left on here, we aren’t the only ones. This USPS facility should seriously consider giving Barbara a resignation because this is very disappointing.

I have been waiting on a key for over 4 months. I paid $40 (because I was a week late to order it since my apartment community never told me there's a time limit and most apartments I lived at provide the key). I went in 4-5x and dealt with the absolutely awful phone system (which, granted is not this particular facility's fault but adds to the frustration). I was frequently given misinformation, and lost documents having to resign. Almost having to repay the $40, thankfully I had proof it was already paid. The last time I went in, to basically beg for my key, I'm told that the last person on my route did a poor job and was not making anyone's keys. I was also told I would be called that following Monday when the keys are ready. The following Monday got no call, but I did finally get a call the week after. I wasn't able to go in for about 2 weeks because I had work obligations, but when I come in to pick up the key I get a bunch of attitude saying these keys have been ready for a month as if I've done something wrong. Well, if that's the case, I certainly wasn't told about it a whole month ago. There have been some nice people I've dealt with but the majority have either had an attitude, or made me feel like I was inconveniencing THEM. I feel that I've been pretty patient having originally requesting the keys January 10 2026 and only having just now gotten my key. I don't feel that I deserve to have the attitude, when I never brought attitude to them and always made sure to be courteous, because I know that postal work can be frustrating. That said, you're doing your customers a disservice by the attitudes that you bring to the table and I sincerely hope things improve. Glad I at least have my key for my last month here 🤷🏼
