- SGSnappy Gamer2 days ago1.0Went there an hour after opening hours door was locked. Went there an hour before closing a different day doors were locked. Enough wasted time and gasI'd say.
- RHRachel Hoke6 days ago1.0Hours say 8 am, but expect the service desks to be at least an hour and a half late. Another gentleman and I waited the entire time, with employees working in the back, and weren’t acknowledged. Management doesn’t care that their service desks won’t open on time. I asked Steven Cowherd, an employee, if the hours were still 8am (he says yes) and if the location was planning on changing their hours or updating online (he says no). Locations makes their customers wait for hours and will be dismissive when responding. Be prepared. Terrible service.
