My package should have arrived days ago, yet I have not received a clear solution or any useful information regarding what happened. I have already reported the issue and followed the prescribed process, but I still have not received a concrete update or my package. I understand that delays or logistical errors can occur, but the most frustrating aspect has been the lack of resolution and communication. As a customer, I expected better follow-up and a more efficient response to a situation like this. I hope they improve their customer service and issue handling to prevent others from going through the same experience.
