- AJAJ Jordan5 days ago5.0I haven’t visit this post office for quite some time. I visited yesterday on the 27th of August to mail a package. I came in contact with a nice gentleman with dreads who waited on me. He did everything perfect. His Customer Service was outstanding. Not sure how long he has been working there because I haven’t visited the post office in probably 6 or 7 months. His attitude was awesome. He explained everything to me in such an understanding way and was very friendly. Make sure you allow him to see this review because you guys need Customer Service representatives exactly like him. AJ

He was incredibly patient, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure I understood each step of the process. I was confused about one section of the application and he walked me through exactly what I needed to do. He even had me step to the side so I could finish completing my paperwork then brought me right back to the front of the line to wrap everything up. His kindness, professionalism, and exceptional customer service made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. I have put in a hold mail request 3 times and all my mail is supposed to be pulled and held, it still ends up in the mailbox I can't access. I have prescriptions that I need that I can't get to. Very unprofessional.
