They even left the mailbox ajar, so my letters got wet, It make no sense to want to put something big into a small box.

Lady so unhelpful I still have no idea which envelope I’m supposed to buy so I’m going to another post office. 2:25 pm July 28 - it was a Caucasian looking lady with glasses who just couldn’t be bothered even though nobody else was in line
