  Do customer service representatives not receive customer service training anymore? The level of professionalism and courtesy I've experienced is disappointing.

  The lady that helped me was very polite and very helpful took good care of me and got me in and out.

  i’ve always had a good experience here :) i print my own labels so drop off is easy. the guy working at the front desk yesterday and today cracks me up, i love his energy

  Every time I come here the employees either completely ignore the customers or are rude to anyone who happens to be there. Yelling over the plate glass barking orders, offer no help in making process easier, only answers in short or passive aggressive comments. They seem to look for any reason to send you away. I've had a few things rece2that needed returned and unfortunately this was the only option given. Amazon return gives a QR code and states to bring to post office. This post office says that Amazon is wrong and that a label needs to be printed. When asked if they could print it they said no they don't do that here. I go to work , print the labels, bring them back in their original packaging. I now told that the bags that they were mailed in need repackaged and then I need to take the label on, I was more than happy to buy a new package while I was there to ship, I then asked if they could tape it on for me , I was told that they could sell me a roll of box tape. I thought about doing this review after the first time, after the second time , but now seeing it's not just one or two employees it's multiple that I have dealt with in the last month and it's all the same. Three people ahead of me the last time I was here were sent away with no help. They are not told what they need to do different, they are just simply sent away saying it can't be done here. It is absolutely awful. So just to be clear if you have to return something here. Don't believe amazon, apparently they can't scan a QR code, tape anything for you, or print a label for you. Instead of going back a fourth time I will absolutely pay FedEx or UPS to ship this back when it should have been free. This is a government job with benefits, I know not everybody likes their job that this is just ridiculous

  The lady working here was incredibly rude and condescending to me. If it weren’t so close I’d never come back.
