I was happy to pay the money for the return. The next day I returned to retrieve the package, I was informed they didn’t have it returned because I didn’t pay. I knew I had to pay but no-one said a word about paying upfront. This manager cost me several thousands of dollars. I will never step foot in that store, ever again. I will tell ever I meet what happened at this UPS.
