Learn how to train your employees to have respect to their customers.

You have 30 minutes of your shift left and we just went in there on good terms leaving with an unpleasant experience. They need to get taught some manners on how to handle customers. Whoever was working today 9-24-26, Learn how to talk to customers who need help, not get sassy when asking a simple problem, but thanks for the help.

The man at the register looked at the clock when I asked about notary services, asked what I had and then advised he could not notarize my documents. I get it, I want to leave my job when it’s quitting time but give me a break. I’ve been a notary. The whole, “I can’t notarize mortgage documents” is a bunch of nonsense.
