- WDW D3 days ago1.0One of their employees which I'll post a picture of soon may have stolen a cellphone that i shipped back to the seller on Amazon. I walked in the other day and the employee dissappeared in the back of the store when they seen me! UPS states that the tracking is slower than normal. It's been a week and an expensive cellphone is missing! I've called many times and visited the store i shipped from but they said they have nothing to do with returns after it leaves their store!!!!! We'll see if I can retire off a law suit against UPS or their store?

She went above and beyond to ensure my shipping needs were handled without a hitch. I only wish she was local to me so I could use her services more often.
