  RXO delivered a washer/dryer to our home (ordered through LG) back in August 2024. Two gentleman were sent who were clearly not capable of moving the washer/dryer by themselves, as they were struggling and did not look like they had it under control. I asked them to stop and get additional help as this did not look safe, they said they were fine, but then proceeded to lose control of the washer/dryer and drop it down the stairs, causing approximately $2,000 of damage to my walls, 100 year old hardwood floors, stairs, and a window frame. The delivery people asked me to not report it to LG or RXO, but instead called a friend who they said could "fix everything" on the spot. This was clearly shady behavior. I sent the guy away and said I needed to report this as a formal claim and have repaired by a qualified contractor. I immediately reported the issue to LG and filed a claim with RXO, both for the damage, but also the delivery men behavior. I have made no short of 30 calls to RXO since then, replied to numerous emails from different RXO people who have been asking the same questions, provided photos, contractor repair estimates, and continue to ask for updates on getting my claim reimbursed for the damages caused by RXO. Here we are now in January 2025, nearly 5 months after the damage occurred and the claim (667359) was filed, yet RXO continues to pass this around in circles at best, or do nothing at worst. When I call national RXO, they say they are waiting on response from the local office, but this is the same I have been hearing since October 2024, over 3 months ago - which was already 2 months after the claim was filed with RXO. I will be filing a complaint with BBB, etc. See photos of some of the damage caused by RXO. *2/7/25 update* - Since RXO's reply below that they would partner with me until resolved - The person with whom I was connected is no longer responding to my messages/texts. The claim continues to remain unresolved and RXO remains unresponsive, and has not reached out in weeks.

  Had a washer and dryer delivered to upstairs laundry room. Team delivered on-time and was very professional and courteous. We just had new carpeting installed, so they worked hard to keep everything clean. Everything went very well.

  RXO delivered my mattress on the time and date promised. They communicated very well about delivery date and time window and provided proper tracking information.
