- KKKathleenJan 27, 20251.0I ordered my dryer on December 6. It was delivered and installed today, January 27th. I had to go through Sam’s customer service to get some movement after I had contacted RXO three times just to be put off even after they texted me to call and schedule delivery. Good thing my old dryer still worked. The delivery and installation team was great; fast, courteous, and professional.
- PMPaul McAvoySep 3, 20243.0Ordered a new washing machine from LG which was delivered by RXO. The actual delivery went smoothly with no complaints. That part I’d give 5 stars. However, the process of scheduling delivery in my opinion was more like a zero star event. The item when ordered from LG was stated for delivery on Aug 25. I immediately got notification from RXO that they would deliver and would contact me 24 hrs ahead with more details on delivery time. Well, the day before came, I got text from RXO instructing me to log in to confirm delivery, only to find the earliest available delivery date was Sept 3, so almost 2 weeks after the originally indicated delivery date. When I called RXO they could do nothing other than offer to cancel my order with LG and return the machine which was sitting in their delivery warehouse, or schedule it for Sept 3rd. Obviously the process by which RXO provides delivery commitment to LG is totally broken. So averaging a 5 star for the actual delivery with a 0 star for their scheduling system results in a 2.5, being generous to round up to 3 star review.
