  Robert Half has honestly been one of the best staffing agencies I’ve ever worked with. From day one, the communication, professionalism, and overall support have been top tier. What really stands out is how proactive and consistent they are. They don’t just place you and disappear they stay connected, keep you informed, and make sure you’re aligned with opportunities that match your experience and pay expectations. I want to personally highlight Wendi Oliver. She made my interview process feel warm and genuine. She reached out before my previous assignment even ended to make sure I had something lined up, and she consistently checked in, sent encouraging messages, and made the whole process feel personal. That kind of care is rare. Maddie Miller has also been amazing. She keeps you updated throughout the onboarding and waiting process, communicates any changes, and makes sure you never feel out of the loop. That level of transparency really reduces stress and builds trust. I’ve worked with other temp agencies before, and this experience is completely different in the best way. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been professional, responsive, and supportive. At this point in my career, I can honestly say that I wouldn’t mind continuing long-term with Robert Half, whether as a contractor or even becoming part of their internal team. That says a lot.
