  Carrier warning, do not expect professional support from this broker. Our experience was absolutely unacceptable, and based on how we were treated, other carriers should think very carefully before booking a load with this company. We accepted the load with a clear schedule. The driver gave an 8 p.m. Saturday ETA and was dispatched. After driving about an hour and a half, we were told the shipper was closed. The driver cooperated fully, checked in the next morning, and wasn’t loaded until around 12 PM. We kept communicating and working to avoid delay. The delivery should have been the following day. Instead, we were left waiting and eventually given a delivery appointment for 8 p.m., turning what should have been next day into roughly two extra days. And they knew the driver had an important federal government-related appointment in Tampa that could not be rescheduled. Emails were ignored, calls weren’t answered—I personally called around 20 times. Nobody picked up, not once. Meanwhile, tracking kept asking for the driver’s location and ETA, which they already had. Because of their failure to address the situation, the driver had to be dispatched 680 miles empty toward Tampa, and we covered fuel and expenses out of pocket. We were told we would receive an updated rate confirmation. The load was delivered. We are still waiting. No revised rate confirmation, no meaningful response, no follow-up. We requested compensation for detention, layover, empty miles, fuel, and additional losses caused by this situation. Problems happen in trucking. That’s not the issue. Ignoring your carrier is. We did everything we could to cooperate and keep the customer’s freight moving. We were treated as if our time, money, equipment, and business meant nothing. Carriers: do your homework before booking with this company. If you expect communication, professionalism, urgency, or fair treatment when things go wrong, our experience suggests you look elsewhere.   Not gong to work with them ever again . Agreed on a load signed and everything, then they posted the same load for cheap price. And after hour later told me the load was canceled yet on dat they were offering the same load to other carrier. While they posted the same load i emailed them if they hve another load goin to phnix so i can cover my other truck totally ignored me. Sucha con they are ,avoid them as they wasted my whole weekend, i could ve gotten a good and better load instead of wasting my time with them trash broker

  Makes sense why nobody wants to work with this brokerage. Outsourced people hounding the drivers, nitpicking on every detail. Driver will be in line to check in and they said "drivers late" they prey on carriers, and look to charge them for everything. Avoid at all costs. An account manager told me to "FIX MY LIPS" when I told their outsourced tracking that my driver was on time.

  This Broker have unethical business practices. The Ready 2 means BE READY TO BE RAILROADED AND CON!! I’m a fairly new owner operator i put in a bid never heard back. Until mysteriously these folks called out of the Blue rushing the hell out of me to sign a RATECON… Mind you the rate had a pickup and delivery time I definitely couldn’t make…. They told me to hurry up and sign the ratecon and that the times on the ratecon doesn’t matter and don’t worry about!!! So i trusted this group. Got to pickup I had a 4 hour loading. That’s not the worst bc the next morning at the delivery I get there the Recieving company say “hey this load was due yesterday and in order for us to unload you, you’re gonna have to pay $353.60 for Reschedule and Late fee”. I had to pay it bc I had to get unloaded bc I had another Walmart appointment I couldn’t miss!! I’ve sent everything to these people with no response…. I’ve emailed already this Joesph Hale guy with no response!!! And sent him the ratecon and email where the broker team informed me I can deliver the next day… BOTTOM LINE DO NOT FOR ANY REASON DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY PLEASE PLEASE DONT DO IT!!!!!
