  This Broker have unethical business practices. The Ready 2 means BE READY TO BE RAILROADED AND CON!! I’m a fairly new owner operator i put in a bid never heard back. Until mysteriously these folks called out of the Blue rushing the hell out of me to sign a RATECON… Mind you the rate had a pickup and delivery time I definitely couldn’t make…. They told me to hurry up and sign the ratecon and that the times on the ratecon doesn’t matter and don’t worry about!!! So i trusted this group. Got to pickup I had a 4 hour loading. That’s not the worst bc the next morning at the delivery I get there the Recieving company say “hey this load was due yesterday and in order for us to unload you, you’re gonna have to pay $353.60 for Reschedule and Late fee”. I had to pay it bc I had to get unloaded bc I had another Walmart appointment I couldn’t miss!! I’ve sent everything to these people with no response…. I’ve emailed already this Joesph Hale guy with no response!!! And sent him the ratecon and email where the broker team informed me I can deliver the next day… BOTTOM LINE DO NOT FOR ANY REASON DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY PLEASE PLEASE DONT DO IT!!!!!

  Have booked a couple loads now. Broker wants tracking. They get it. 24hr access to see where truck is. STILL BLOWS EVERYONE UP with calls and text. Asking ETA ect. Text driver while driving… knowing he’s in transit. Guess they have never looked up third party liability lawsuits in case of an accident. Not sure about the lumper reviews but it wouldn’t surprise me. Will have to keep an eye on days to pay. However Brokercreditcheck does have them at 35 days to pay.

  They are incredibly unresponsive with any real help, Have a restack issue and we are paying all the costs and time with no real help.

  This guys screwed us on 4th of July with not knowing a pick up appointment and then did not want to pay for detentions at both shipper and receiver. Just be careful with them if you they will miss the appointment be ready to pay for all expenses

  They will not answer your calls if there is anything out of ordinary like detention, lumper etc. You will never get your money, stay away for your own sake.
