I had a deeply disturbing and completely unacceptable experience with a security guard named Reggie representing Protection Plus Inc. at the Department of Child Services / FSSA facility. While I was legally on the property attending to legitimate personal business regarding public benefits, this guard completely escalated an interaction out of absolutely nowhere. Without asking who I was and also being told I had business at the facility, "Reggie" aggressively approached me, used profane and hostile language, told me to "get the f*** out of here," and baselessly implied that I was a child predator by claiming "children have been abducted recently" knowing that was a lie. This is not just a complete lack of professionalism, it is an extremely malicious and defamatory public accusation against an innocent citizen. When I contacted Protection Plus Inc. management to report this unhinged behavior, their office staff immediately attempted to shield themselves, falsely claiming they could not release security footage because it is a "government building".. A blatant lie to avoid accountability. This company employs individuals who abuse their authority, verbally assault citizens, and make wildly dangerous, false allegations without a shred of evidence. If you are a facility looking for a security provider, be aware that Protection Plus Inc permits their staff to harass the public and then attempts to stonewall the evidence. Furthermore, Reggie has no business working at a facility near the Department of Child Services, or anywhere near women and children. He clearly cannot contain his explosive anger and possesses zero self-control. Someone who lacks basic emotional regulation and requires serious anger management should never be placed in a position of authority over the public. He is a massive liability to this company and needs to be terminated immediately. Avoid this company at all costs.
