I’ve been around long enough to remember when people treated workers with a little dignity and had enough common sense to read a sign before asking a question. Sadly, those days seem few and far between. I stopped by this establishment the other day, and what I witnessed genuinely bothered me. The employees appeared to be doing the best they could while being short-staffed, yet customer after customer walked in with an attitude. Instead of taking a moment to read the clearly posted signs or use the self-service area as intended, they expected someone to hold their hand through every little thing. One interaction stuck with me. An employee was politely explaining to a customer that they couldn’t accept UPS packages at that location. It wasn’t a difficult concept, yet the customer looked at him as if he were the one who didn’t know what he was talking about. The poor fellow kept his composure far better than I probably would have. Folks, whatever happened to patience? Whatever happened to saying “please,” “thank you,” and respecting the people who are simply trying to earn an honest living? You wouldn’t march into your doctor’s office, your mechanic’s shop, or your own workplace acting like that, so why is it suddenly acceptable here? After reading some of the negative reviews and then seeing things with my own eyes, I can’t help but think many of the problems aren’t with the employees at all—they’re with the customers. The staff deserve a little grace, a little patience, and a whole lot more respect than they’re getting. Maybe it’s just the old man in me talking, but I miss the days when common courtesy wasn’t so uncommon.

The most horrible FedEx ever the only person working wasn't actually helping anyone he was on his phone not working and every time my dad and I asked for help he would repeat what the computer told him after we said we were confused. He gave us the dirty look and walked away.

Julien was extremely patient, thorough and helpful with a small but challenging printing job I had. Thank you!
