  This location has a an older black woman whom works behind the counter. She failed To even greet me when I walked in. I told her I only needed to print something from my phone, she pointed me to the printers, never explained how to use it, never once walked over to see if I needed help (which I did) … I walked up to the desk where herself and a white young woman was working asking questions, the black woman failed to even attempt to help me she completely had no interest. After I’d wasted $40 at the printer I’d realized I hadn’t done it correctly. Only because the white female was eager to help me and explain what I did wrong. She made the copies for me no charge. I’m only referring to the women as “black” and “white” because I did not get their names and I cannot remember what else They looked like. This was ridiculous on the older black womans part. I wish I’d remembered the younger white womans name because she went over and beyond to help me on what was already a stressful day. Kudos to her! This occurred the second week of July in the late morng, early afternoon. Least to say I won’t ever return to this location. UPS is much better! They don’t make you do their job for them! They actually work. Thumbs down fed ex.

  Yesterday, I needed to send a package and visited this location. I would like to clarify that the employee who assisted me was very kind and professional throughout the entire interaction. However, the situation changed when she asked for my identification. I provided a valid ID, and she then informed me that she needed a state-issued ID because, according to her, it was a requirement imposed by the manager of this location. I believe this request was unreasonable, as the identification I presented was valid. This policy appeared discriminatory and made me feel that I was being treated differently because of my background. I perceive this practice as xenophobic and exclusionary behavior on the part of the store's management. It is unfortunate that an experience that started positively ended this way. I hope the management reviews its policies and ensures fair and respectful treatment for all customers.

  Ran into a problem where the some business card files sent electronically were "adjusted" by the FedEx corporate cloud in transit. Several team members at this store noticed the issue and dug into help correct two problems with the FedEx cloud service at corporate. Issue was very quickly resolved thanks to their persistence to get resolution. Great team of people at this location that go beyond the call of duty to make things right.
