- DSDenise ShannonSep 22, 20261.0They opened late, and the young Black woman who came out had an attitude. She rushed me and said, “Do you have all your documents? Okay, that birth certificate isn’t valid. You need the seal.” The interaction was very discouraging, especially since I was trying to get my passport. She didn’t provide any additional resources or explain what I needed to do next, which made me feel rushed and as if I was bothering her. I ended up going to the Lansing location, where I was in and out and given clear, helpful information. Now I’m just waiting for my passport to arrive. I will not return to the Highland location for anything.
