- KHKelly Hynes5 days ago1.0I moved into a new neighborhood that has community mailboxes and still have yet to have my mail delivered. I’ve been here over a month. I’ve called the 800 number and filed formal complaints twice, went into the post office to be given the same excuse that locks are on back order (since Feb. yes Feb. my neighbors who have been here since Jan still don’t get their mail delivered). The postal workers are rude and you can never seem to catch the post master in the building to discuss issues with them. I guess the next complaint will be to the OIG.

Now if the postal fairies could change Mr. Sour Puss Guy's attitude inside...seeing folks as humans beings and not just as an interruption to his work day...this could be a decent place.
