I use USPS often. The workers in my local post office are extremely friendly. They are however very short handed due to turnover.

Claim to deliver my package in mailbox and did not even get a parcel key, went to the post office and all they want to do is ask me to place a claim. Package had clothes for the Eid and did not get it ruined the holiday for me and my kids. I believe it’s suspicious that mail courier claimed to deliver package and never left a parcel key and it’s no where to be found and they didn’t even care.

Customer service is horrible. I came here about twice and both experiences were not pleasant at all. A woman up front was extremely rude and had an attitude. Looking at the other reviews I realize it’s not just me who has had this same interaction with this woman. Extremely unprofessional and will not be coming again.

Please just go to the other USPS. There is always a woman there with a very passive aggressive attitude. She is consistently rude and tries to cover things up. I went today to drop off some packages and showed her a QR code on my phone. I simply asked whether she scanned the code on my phone or the one on the package. I asked in a completely neutral tone and was not rude at all. She responded very aggressively, raised her voice, and said, “Yes, I did. I have to scan that.” I then told her I was only asking a simple question and didn’t understand why she was speaking to me with attitude. She continued yelling and saying other things, so I just said, “That’s crazy,” and walked off. I keep going there because it’s close to my house, but she has always acted this way and constantly has a passive aggressive attitude. It honestly seems like she hates her job. If I ever go there again, I’ll make sure to record the interaction because the way she treats customers is unacceptable. It was clerk: 5 A women of color
