However, Myra was very patient with us and went above and beyond to help us fill in the gaps so we didn’t need to reschedule and come back another day. She was very kind and gracious, and we greatly appreciate her assistance.

I arrived a few minutes late for my passport appointment and was told to reschedule because the only person who could do it wanted to go on their lunch. SERIOUSLY!? I came here to get my passport taken care of on my lunch! The people here really need to figure out how to treat customers. Im appalled.
