However, Myra was very patient with us and went above and beyond to help us fill in the gaps so we didn’t need to reschedule and come back another day. She was very kind and gracious, and we greatly appreciate her assistance.

- JMJodee MosengMay 17, 20263.0Curb appeal for Granger, is not adequate by any means. The landscaping and lawn care is run down. People inside are nice, and helpful. But for Granger i dont know where the pride is. County, city whoever needs to step up on curb appeal.

I arrived a few minutes late for my passport appointment and was told to reschedule because the only person who could do it wanted to go on their lunch. SERIOUSLY!? I came here to get my passport taken care of on my lunch! The people here really need to figure out how to treat customers. Im appalled.
