All the staff in this post office is rude and look completely dead inside. My husband and I had packages to mail out and the last couple of days we both have been taking packages. My husband today went and dropped off the last load and the guy who helped him criticized him for not having a printer at home and told him he had to have scan sheet for more than 18 packages. Again people if you hate your life or your job change it yourself and stop taking it out on customers. Its not our fault you picked to work at the post office… I’m pretty sure in the job description it states you will be scanning packages..

Wanted to see if I could pick up a package that just arrived at this location an hour prior. When I finally got up to the counter I tried explaining that I wanted to pick up the package and I was rudely interrupted by one of the workers and told me in a nasty tone that they couldn't do that. I understand that my package may not have been eligible for pickup, and that's fine. What disappointed me was the customer service. I was cut off while trying to explain why I was there, and no effort was made to check the tracking or explain the policy. A friend of mine had a similar situation at this post office in the past, and the staff at least looked up the package before explaining the options. I would have appreciated the same courtesy.

Hello, I would like to share a concern about my experience at your UPS location today. While I was waiting in line to be helped, I observed an employee scanning packages and then throwing them through the small opening into the large collection bin behind the counter. The packages were not being placed into the bin—they were being tossed with enough force and height that I became concerned they could be damaged. As a customer, this was very unsettling to watch. Many people ship valuable, fragile, or sentimental items through UPS with the expectation that they will be handled with care. Watching packages being treated this way did not inspire confidence. I do not know the employee's name, but I wanted to bring this to your attention because I don't believe this type of package handling is acceptable. I hope this can be addressed so customers can feel confident that their shipments are being handled responsibly. Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns. I would appreciate knowing that this matter has been looked into. Sincerely, Brit

I went in to show them a package that got damaged via shipping that i filed a claim for. They refused to help me and would not look up the claim without a claim number or the page that they sent out via mail that i never received and the claim number is the tracking number. I never got any other number.
