My driveway is uphill and gravel, however I have never had an issue getting up it in a rear wheel drive car. So can someone explain why every package thats too big for the mailbox goes back to the post office and when I check it says "customer requested pickup"? I definetly didn't and the no access excuse doesn't hold up either. I dont know what to do to make it easy enough to just deliver my packages because its pretty easy already. So im left with only 1 possible reason and that being pure laziness. Ive had no bad experiences going to pick up packages from the posts office (except for the fact that i shouldnt have to). This needs to be fixed because ive lived in places where the driveway was much worse and further off the road so it must be an issue with this specific post office. Lazy people

The amount of times my Amazon packages have arrived here on tracking and either never made it to my house or sat there for a week before they deliver it is ridiculous.

I think this is the worst post office I have ever had …. I just recently moved to Georgetown from Lanesville IN. Lanesville’s USPS was amazing, always getting things out on time, never closing early, being good at their jobs overall. However, this USPS has been extremely disappointing. For one, i paid $10 extra for priority shipping only for my package to be “delayed” and delivered 7 days after the day it was supposed to be delivered. So basically threw away that money. Now pertaining to my new post office, my package was sitting there for 3 days and no one delivered it to me… mind you, i live 3 minutes away. AND i paid priority???? doesn’t feel like they made my package a priority at all. i tried to go and just pick it up in person instead because i didn’t wanna have to wait, only to find that they consistently close over 30 minutes early!!! that is incredibly frustrating for customers that have to rely on them. this USPS gives no effort and clearly had no organizational skills either. 1/5.

Her name will be forthcoming, but there is a nice lady and an extremely mean grump of a woman. The mean lady has medium length brownish hair and is stocky. Nice lady pulled out a roll of packing tape from behind counter and was too kind to oblige and fix a tear that was required to send my package. Mean grump woman says ‘we dont have tape. You can buy some.’ Sorry but the Ups store at highlander point will be getting all of my business.
