It is busy for hours, it will ring and immediately go to a busy signal. The UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE IS NOT RELIABLE. Hopefully Fedex or UPS will take over all mailings. You CAN NOT depend on the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE.
