- BWBarbara WoodsAug 8, 20263.0At the moment I am going to give them a 3 Star, I hope the problem gets fixed, I been in my new apartment for almost a year, no actually a problem but now my mailbox key doesn't work, this I believe is a manager concern because they initiate moving and new move in, I still live there and I don't have use of my mailbox. This remains a 3 Star until they do something about it. If there was a problem of disconnecting they should of informed me, seems like a post office concern but apartment manager usually does the initial move out, so who can fix this for me?
