- LELauren EsqulinSep 2, 20261.0I was here at 7:40 with full knowledge they OPEN at 8am. However at 8am on the dot a Jeep pulls up behind me like a bat out of hell, the clerk hurried to the door, unlocked it and went in. I followed shortly after. Instead of Good Morning, I was met with “you gotta wait like 5 minutes for the computers to boot.” At 8:08am I was told, “I don’t know what happened, I have to reboot the computer it’s going to take 15 minutes.” At 8:21 my transaction was handled (I was first in line). This isn’t my first time having this experience at this location. 8am open means open for business not open for me to watch you pre-start. Your timeliness shows a respect for other people’s time and your duty. I am very unsatisfied with my experience.
