- HHHelpfulMay 19, 20261.0This post office has gone from bad to worse. I don't know if they need help, space, more people or better direction but, this is the 3rd time in 3 months that they can't find my package. They have mountains of unorganized packages. Even though the tracking states being held at carrier, they can't find it and there is a new person who seems very overwhelmed. What can be done to improve?

The people that recieved the package ( which isn't even on the same road) found us on Facebook and delivered the packages. The next time it happened we drove to their house. Im not sure if reading is a prerequisite to deliver mail but I'm thinking in Fremont it is NOT! P.s. dont try and call the 1-800 # its all a joke.
