- JJJ J3 days ago3.0Had a florida vacation that I very rarely get to go on that lasted about 9 days, and love fishing the ocean. Needed to save some money and so given the first fastest option of guaranteed 3 days shipping it was over 100$, the next option was the express but was just projected 3 days but not guaranteed was little over 50$, I wouldve spent the extra money on the guaranteed 3 days but I asked the employee, "Whats the max amount of time it would take from after the projected date?" and he said 2-3 days. So given this, if it was 3 days after the projected date I still wouldve had more than half my vaction to fish. It took 10 days in total to get there. 7 days after the projected date. It got there on my last day of vacation. This was beyond infuriating since i barely get to go to Florida. I bought all this to the same employee I spoke to before I shipped and he said hed have to get a manager Monday to call me for a refund. Never got the call. At this point with a load of other crap going on in life, and the refund probably being only worth 20$ since it did arrive, just no where near the time stamp I was told, I just dropped it. My main concern is, can yall just provide some decent frickin customer service? I mean every 2 days I was calling waiting on the phone for 30minutes just to get the run around "oh ill send a note to the distribution center" And the employee that handled my shipping actually seems nice, he had a long line and close to closing time so probably just made an error in speech trying to get through everyone to close. But either way, middle schoolers can figure this out, why on earth are you guys just giving a projected "3-6 days" and not saying "look it could take up to 10 days" as it happen. Wouldve easily took the guaranteed 3 days or just bought the pole there in florida since its about 80$ and I had the reel with me in luggage when I flew. Its absolutely ridiculous the small things yall are missing for solid customer satisfaction. Will definetly never ship using usps again, was so mad when getting home I didnt even want yall to handle my regular government mail. But it is what it is, live and learn. Woe to those who put their trust in man.
