Why would you do this over and over again. Are there any competent people left working in this post office because I’m not feeling it. Absolutely ridiculous. You have one job. Deliver people’s stuff.

I called yesterday and was told my key wasn’t available, but when I went in today, they claimed they had called me days ago and that my number was out of service—which isn’t true. I also called three times with no answer, yet staff were standing around talking when I arrived. No follow-through, no accountability, and very unprofessional overall.
