I called yesterday and was told my key wasn’t available, but when I went in today, they claimed they had called me days ago and that my number was out of service—which isn’t true. I also called three times with no answer, yet staff were standing around talking when I arrived. No follow-through, no accountability, and very unprofessional overall.

He was a sub carrier .look confused ..gave it back to him. Saturday.off he went. Should read address and street. Can't read or what .do they test for reading.
