When I called back, I spoke to another person who was very friendly and helpful regarding the copy/fax job that I needed done. When I went in Monday morning, both ladies that were working were so friendly and got my large document scanned and saved to my flash drive in record time! I recommend this location to anyone who needs documents scanned and/or faxed. Excellent customer service!

I did finally got the chance and was kindly told the package label was email and printed already on the box. I am so thankful for the explanation. I did not understand at first. I appreciate that you guys dont just assume we customers would know the process. Thank you so much I am very Happy and sorry for the confusion. I now know.
