  I took my tower in to be fixed. When I got it back I had to re install drivers and updates and computer froze. They did something that messed up my computer and I called them about it but their response idk let us take another look at it. I had paid for next day service and over 500 dollars in repairs. They took a week to fix it. They still charged me for the next day service. I asked for some money back because I dont trust their work since my stuff was handed back to me basically the way I gave it to them. I lost over a week of my computer and it is for my business. I jave to take it somewhere else to fix because I dont want them to keep messing up my computer.

  They fixed my Xbox Series X HDMI port (because Asurion UbreakitIfixit did a rushed incomplete fix on it) and charged me 100 dollars LESS than Asurion did...except A Plus did the job correctly.

  I came in the day before inquiring about repairing a laptop and was told the repairs would be a lot and I could sell it considering I already bought a new one for school I was told I could factory reset it and bring it in to sell the next day when I went back and talked to one of the 2 men before I could even show the laptop he said in a very rude tone “yeah I’m not interested in that” maybe work on your customer service my family has come through this store for years and how I left today was absolutely disgusting and ridiculous

  Fantastic place to get a quality repair on electronics, they called me once my laptop was ready to be picked up. Definitely workroom recommend
