- ASAnthony SalcedoJun 29, 20261.0This was my first time using a priority mailer and was unsure if I had filled it out correctly. I went inside to drop it off to make sure. I was met with the some of the worst service I have ever had. I was told it was all wrong and that they could not help me. When I asked what could be done to fix it I was told there were other customers in line. I looked back and there were two other people filling out paperwork work. One of them looked to be about done but wasn't even in line yet. I asked if I got back in line could she help me fix this. Instead of help I was stared at in silence. I will not be returning to location and could never recommend anyone go here.

- JSJanell SkeltonApr 23, 20261.0I am shocked that the Fishers post office has a 2.4 rating. Way over the experience that my husband and I had last Saturday. We went in for a simple passport update for my husband. Brittaini is the rep that was not helpful at all. She said that we needed an appointment and directed us to a kiosk. The kiosk said that for a passport update we did not need an appt. We told Brittani that and we were told, with a SERIOUS attitude, that for a passport update we did not need an appt. We should go to CVS and get a picture taken and mail it in. Now, behind us was an associate taking pictures for a family's passport. We asked if we could just wait for him to finish with the family and she said no. She said just mail it in. I'm sorry; but, is that not what you go to a post office for 😒 We went to the Noblesville post office and they helped us immediately with a have a nice day. We went back to the Fishers post office so that I could get Brittani's name. We had the unfortunate opportunity to speak with morning Manager Jason who ended up YELLING at me snd ordering me to get out of the building. If this is the way the Manager acts in front of employees and other customers, it is no wonder that Brittani acted the esy she did. Be aware....DO NOT go to the Fishers post office if you want to be treated with respect 🤭 Like I said, the 2.4 rating is severely high for the Fishers post office!!! The 1 rating that was my only option is too high!!!
