- ECEJ CargeauxJul 21, 20262.0the ppl here are so nice, my review isn’t about them. but ive had non stop issues w/ packages going missing or just not shipping out until a service request ticket is opened from this location.. i don’t have these same issues when i use Anderson PO. & i rarely have these issues w/ Alexandria. i know USPS funding was cut, so i understand how this impacts everything. but as a small business owner, it’s frustrating how many times i have to file claims for hundreds of dollars & wait weeks to months to get refunded bc my orders seemingly never make it out of fairmount. idk if it’s the way they’re being transported. or it’s the way they’re being filed & stored before pick up.. idk. but it’s been a huge headache. i didn’t use this location for a few months bc of this, but decided to drop a few off here last month. both of those packages are just gone. the last scan was them being dropped off. it’s taken nearly a month to even get USPS to look into it bc they kept closing my service request tickets w/out ever even contacting me. & then a few days ago i got an email saying both packages are gone. that’s $200 worth of products gone. both were shipped in medium sized boxes. labeled properly. dropped off at the same time. the only 2 packages i dropped off there that day. both have vanished. usually i have issues when things get close to the destination. but at least 1/2 the time i ship things out from here, theres issues from the start. so idk whats going on. but i cant imagine im the only person having this issue. again, im not trying to be rude to the employees. i have respect for them. i know they’re just doing their job. they are very kind, hardworking ppl. but bc of these issues, i have to now drive 1hr round trip to anderson just to make sure my packages actually make it to their destination. i’d go to alex but since ive had a few issues in the past w/ them, i just go to anderson bc ive never had a single issues when ive shipped out from there.
