- JSJustine SwisherAug 11, 20261.0I came in Saturday morning to drop off a package. There was a long line, an associate asked if there was anyone who just needs to send a package without waiting for a receipt. I handed off my package trusting that she was going to send it out. I didn't need a tracking number as it uploads automatically to the app I use. It still hasn't been sent and I'm 1 day away from losing my sale. I can't directly call the post office and have to jump through hoops on their main line to even talk to a person. Absolutely disappointing experience.
- CICharles InbodenJul 21, 20261.0Absolutely hot garbage... the long-haired guy at the desk is absolutely rude and acts like customers are a waste of time, the supervisor (dark hair younger guy) doesn't have an answer for anything, put 3 stop holds (yellow cards) on my mail because they must not have filed the first two or something..... nobody has a clue, and apparently when asking questions they get super nervous telling customers they're being to stern.... leave your feelings at home and process the mail correctly and folks wouldnt be upset.....
