  Contacted Torque about my lifetime battery replacement warranty and was forwarded to Stephanie. If I could give this company and Stephanie a 6 star rating I would! I told her my concerns and she walked me through the process, even to go as far to help me search for dealers in my local area. She told me to call her directly if I had any questions, I called her the following morning, she remembered me and my claim was paid and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes! I can not say enough positive about those company or Stephanie's perfessionalism . Thank you so much!

  i bought a Torque warranty for my Seadoo Jet- Ski. my engine fail but the company requires me to take engine apart (at my cost) and prove it was a manufacture defect. yess , please be aware the 5 star reviews came from other dealers who sale the warranty and not customers, this is against Google policy! i will report it as you are misleading customers .
