- VLVivian LoveJan 27, 20265.0Initially I wrote a bad review saying I believed someone stole from me, the company Newegg insisted that UPS shipped them a box without my return in it and that UPS must've done something with it. I have to apologize because Newegg finally admitted they were in the wrong. Newegg had simply lost the item and wanted me to wrongly file a claim with UPS to try and get my money back. Newegg finally found the item and gave me my money back. Employees of this store are very nice and I will do business with them again, apologies for my initial accusations.
