I cannot thank Kyle and Carlos enough. I called last night, only about two hours before closing, needing 8 presentations printed for this morning. I honestly didn't think there was any way they'd be ready, but Kyle and Carlos went above and beyond. They stayed late to make sure everything was finished so I could pick it up when they opened today. They seriously saved the day! I've also noticed that the staff is always friendly and positive, even when the store is really busy and there are long lines for Amazon returns. They're always willing to help and have never made me feel like I'm a bother! I just want to make sure their great customer service was recognized because they truly go above and beyond for customers. Staples is lucky to have them! Thank you!!

Wish I could give zero stars! Ive had an Amazon return that ive taken in 3 times. Each time there are more than 10 people in line . Today there was 1 person working the cash register and no other staff. They shouldn't be allowed to accept Amazon returns if they don't have the staff to handle it. I would never shop here because I know the customer service sucks.

This is Staples on the east side of Evansville, IN for Amazon returns. We’ve been in line to return an item for 20 min already and the line still looks like this. Only 1 cashier doing all the work

This is the slowest moving store. If you are wanting to buy something, return something may it be from the store, Amazon, happy returns extra it takes forever every time. The workers take their dear sweet time and it seems as though only one person can do something at a time.

Came to Staples four different times to return an Amazon product to be told three out of the four times that they had no shipping labels. I'm here today and there are five workers in the store and only one person's Manning the Amazon return and they are 25 people in line. I have been waiting quite some time now and watched four people walk back out the door Please do better
