  One thing I didn't expect after joining GRO was how much everyone actually... cares. About the clients. About the work. About each other. There's no "that's not my job" mentality. People jump in, throw around ideas, challenge each other, laugh a lot, and somehow end up creating really cool stuff in the process. As an employee, I've gotten to see how much intention goes into every project, and it's made me genuinely proud to be part of the team. Good marketing isn't just pretty design. It's curiosity, strategy, psychology, and a whole lot of collaboration. That's GRO.

  I hired Jordan from GRO to take professional photos of my employees for our company website and marketing materials. I specifically asked him to shoot at our showroom so the images would feel personal and highlight our space. Unfortunately, during the session, Jordan took inappropriate photos of one of my female employees. While he ultimately did not include those images in the final selection, the fact that he took them at all was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid using GRO. The owner’s conduct was deeply inappropriate and suggests a serious lack of professional boundaries and judgment. I also am unsure what he is doing with these photos.
