- KRKaren RJun 29, 20255.0Took a package in there on Sunday and the girl working behind the counter saw me get out and get my Walker. She was kind enough to come and opened the door for me and took care of me very promptly. She also opened the door for me on my way out. I hope she sees this because I want her to know her kindness was very much appreciated. It was Sunday June 29th around 2:30. Customer service like that goes a long long way for someone who's disabled like me.

I had to return an item that was not boxed when shipped to me (catalytic converter) and I had to ship it FedEx per the company but FedEx in Elkhart did not have a box and said I had to find my own box. This UPS gentleman not only got me a box but packaged it for me and carried it to my car.🥹 He is an amazing UPS employee- so kind, COMPASSIONATE, and caring to go out of his way to help me. I am so grateful and truly touched by his kindness and help today. Thank you so much. (I did not get his name. I was already nervous and embarrassed about asking another shipping company to help me…) But the Lord knows who he is, and I hope UPS management lets him know he touched a life today!
