En oficina postal de East. Chicago tengo muy malas experiencias con el servicio porque primer día la señora que debería atenderme no lo quiere hacer dice que no me entiende en español y utilizo mi traductor para traducir al idioma inglés y me sigue diciendo que no entiende. Días después específicamente ayer 05/22/26 fui con un traductor una señora para que hablara por mi y poder tener mi paquete y fue nuevamente frustrante porque la empleada de la oficina de correos no quiso buscar por el número de tracking mi paquete y tuve que irme de nuevo sin saber que más hacer? Hay alguien en esa oficina del estado muy aparte de esa señora que haga bien su trabajo o si no está capacitada para eso por lo menos brinde una experiencia más agradable a los usuarios de esa institución.
