  Katelyn took very good care of me at the Dyer Indiana 905 Joliet Street store on May 11 2026. She was so kind and patient with me. She knows the meaning of customer service. It seemed to come so natural to her! She has a such an awesome way of communicating and a beautiful smile! Great personality too!

She took the time to answer my questions clearly and made sure I understood all my shipping options without feeling rushed. What really stood out was her positive attitude and efficiency—she kept the line moving while still giving each customer her full attention. It’s not always easy dealing with busy UPS traffic, but Katelyn handled everything professionally and with a smile. Customer service like that makes a big difference, and it definitely made my visit smooth and stress-free. I appreciate her help and hope her efforts get recognized.
