  The staff here are VERY nice and helpful. However, I had to drop mail in the exterior collection box out in the parking lot, and at 3 p.m. today that ONE box was overflowing, mail sticking out. I did not have the time to go inside to report this, so I tried calling. One number listed led me to the Annex on Summit Street. That number kept ringing, unanswered while I stayed on for over 3 minutes. There's an 800 number: that one asked me to wait while others were being helped or leave a callback number which is the option I chose. So when do they call back? The two telephone rings didn't allow me time interrupt my appointment to answer. A third number, not indicating a particular location except that it has a 219 area code, also just kept ringing. So, folks, if your mail gets lost or stolen, you have only the USPS to blame because they can't pick up a phone.

  Overall experience not bad with the postal workers but it seems like I’m always chasing my tail here they need a better system or somthing 🤦🏻‍♂️

  Karen is the best! I stopped by this afternoon, 4/27 and she made the passport renewal process feel like a walk in the park! She is very professional and friendly - Thanks again!

  DO NOT I mean DO NOT get passports at this location I (we my family) had 2 appointments today and the women who did appointment would not calmly explain anything and was upset with us because we filled out one of the pages wrong and we had to redo it. ( we were 10 mins early so that was fine but not with her) she was an embarrassment to the post office and to herself, she kept on pointing at her watch and was intimidating us with the time. we had an appointment for 2 poeple one who was disabled she didn't help with instructing how to do his photo. She was so bad that I had an panic attack right in the post office, on top of that I will now have an medical health problem that I have to deal with the next couple of days, I will not be going back there beware if you go there make sure you ask who is doing the appointment. ( she has an accent and called us racist. ) if I could report this person I would, also the other 2 women who were there did not help with calming anyone down they took her side of it I think they need to retrain these poeple. Overall this was the worst vist I have ever encountered and all three women working were rude for not stepping up to help. #alwaystellthetruth #top10standing

  WORST phone support Ever! Get rid of the 1800 on google. I need a live local person on the phone and I cant reach anyone. I did find the local number on yelp and NO one answered. COME ON! No wonder why no one likes the post office. I have live animals being shipped and no way to contact you or talk about how to pick them up... UNBELIEVABLE, ITs a business, run it like one.....
