- TTTravis2 days ago1.0It was embarrasing. The two women working there looked angry and confused so I immediately felt a sense of anxiety. So many people lined up with looks of disgust (the line was almost out of their waiting area). The lady in front of me left, as did I and went to Edinburgh where it was truly Amazing. I was in and out in under ten minutes.

They said I had to be here before two so today I went down left work early to get there before two and was told I have to be there really early in the morning to get my fingerprints done for work so two trips lots of useless phone calls. I still don’t have my fingerprints done and now I guess I’ll have to go into work late and try again tomorrow morning.

- BMBritney MartinApr 1, 20261.0We have had multiple issues with this location for almost the entire eight years we’ve lived in Columbus. We’ve had our mail just left on the ground in front of our mailbox. A large number of our save the dates for our wedding were lost. They have forcibly shoved packages that are clearly too big to fit in the mailbox into it, making it nearly impossible to get it back out. Recently our mail was being delivered to a neighboring house that is vacant, and now we are receiving mail from 2025!!
