- JAJosh ActonMay 1, 20261.0We used to have the delivery service, which was absolutely terrible customer service. They'd show up 3-4 days late and either give us half the order or leave it somewhere difficult to get to or not take the empty bottles. Canceled that mess. Then we made the mistake of going to refill stations in Kroger and Walmart which are perpetually empty so you're forced to swap out for 3.5x the cost of a refill. I would say "do better" but that implies that something was done in the first place. Stick to Culligan if you're comparing. Go with culligan if you're looking to start a service. Or keep buying bottles...the hose in your yard is better than primo. Oh, and if you find a refill station that is actually working, it takes roughly 18 minutes to fill a 5 gallon bottle, but don't worry it'll run dry after about 2.25 gallons so you'll need to buy empty 1 gallon containers and transfer it on the floor inside the store you went to. Way to go Primo, never thought I'd see a company that made getting a bottle of water as difficult as is humanly possible for the simplest task known to man besides sitting down. -10 ⭐️
