- JMJanelle MillerMar 23, 20211.0Unacceptable service. They left an expensive package in the mailbox when it was supposed to be delivered to the door and SIGNED for. They also LIED on the delivery confirmation and stated that it had been signed by a resident. This was not the first time they have stuffed a much too large package into the mailbox against the delivery instructions and common decency.
- LSLawana SmithJun 18, 20191.0It would be nice if they'd actually stay open until 4:30. I work until 4pm and have a hard time getting there before 4:30. If the package is too large for my mailbox, I have to pick it up at the window. I walked in at 4:28 yesterday (6/17/19) and they were closed....
