I enjoy coming to this location and have been for over a year now. The printing department is great and the manager Aaron really hires the best people for that department. I have always been beyond satisfied with all the prints I get made here. As an artist I need a dependable printing company that delivers excellent quality and they do that.

Please correct your timings online, it mentioned that store is opened until 9:00 pm on weekdays but when I arrived there at 8:15pm, it was closed. On the doors the time is 8:00pm for closing on Tuesday. Thank you.

I stopped into Staples on my way to work to overnight a letter through the UPS service. When I approached the printing counter and explained that I needed to overnight a letter, the employee immediately scoffed and told me it would cost around $15. (Which I thought was low…but I thought..maybe she knows something I don’t know) I responded that I was completely fine with the price. She then acted as though I was making a poor decision and suggested that I go to the post office instead.
I explained that I was already on my way to work, had limited time, and preferred to handle the shipment there. She rolled her eyes and replied, “Okay.”
After spending several minutes entering the information into the computer, she turned the screen toward me and showed that overnight shipping would actually cost $130…a huge difference from the original quote of $15. Because of the unexpected price and the amount of time spent waiting, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
I’m writing not because of the pricing or inconvenience, but because the employee’s attitude and lack of professionalism were extremely disappointing. The interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful from the beginning, and it made for a very unpleasant customer experience.
