WHAT A GREAT STORE! The GM helped me with an Amazon return (we all know what a headache those can be). He saw it through to the end and communicated throughout the whole process. With leadership like that this must be a top performing store in its district. Huge props to Ryan and his team. Thank you! I will consistently come to this store purely off of the character displayed in resolving this matter.

I went to Staples asking for help in getting an item packaged for shipping. As I walked toward the UPS shipping area, a man asked if I had an Amazon return. I said no, but I needed help getting the item packaged. He said he didn't have any boxes that big. I asked if he had any other ideas, could we put 2 boxes together. He ignored me and continued to type. There was ZERO interest in helping me. Edited to add: Uhaul on Eastern Blvd in Clarksville has a large selection of boxes and are very helpful.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Made three phone calls only because the rude representative that answered the phone kept hanging up on me. Was trying to order ink- they had one in stock. I had just paid for it called to ask about it. The price they quoted me was ten dollars more than it was online, had to call her back a second time to tell her we paid for it and to see if she could hold it, and she hung up again, called back a third time.....after I'd already paid for it, they proceeded to sell it to someone else....

Poor customer service. I guess that would mean lack of management and staffing. Been trying to get ONE copy of a 25 year old document for a month. It’s 18x24 so you can’t just take it anywhere. First the machine was down and wouldn’t be fixed for a week, then next time I went to the store the clerk at the time didn’t know how to operate the copier. Now after a month, at 3:00 on Wednesday, with hardly no one in the store, the girl with no manners behind the counter is telling me they can’t take a minute to copy and would have to make a ticket, and that it would be 2 days to get the copy. What happened to good customer service?????

This store deserves a negative star rating! My mum passed away three days ago. My daughter drew a beautiful portrait of her. I wanted to get it printed for the funeral. The young man at the printing counter told me to print it myself at one of their self printers because if he had to print it it would cost me “a lot of money.” He was actually being very serious. He was not joking. So I followed his instructions to print it myself using one of the self printers. When i realized it would only print on regular paper, I asked him how much it would cost to have him print it on photo paper. He replied, “It’s going to cost a lot of you want it printed today because I will have to put a “speed print charge on it.” Fine. So he took his sweet time checking the cost and discovered the “speed print charge” would only be $2.86! Good grief! So he asked for the code sent to my email. He printed 1/4 of the image and asked me if it was acceptable. Seriously?’ I showed him the entire portrait and asked HIM if he thought that was acceptable! He sat down on the counter, rubbed his chin, and said, “Hmmmmmm” as though he had to think about it! I said, “Stop it! I don’t have time for this. Tell me yes or no, do YOU think this is acceptable?!” And he said, “I think you should leave. I will no longer wait on you.” I will tell everyone I know NOT to service this store. Unbelievable! I asked for the manager who did NOTHING. I asked for his supervisor’s name which he gave (Aaron Zimmerman) and told me I would have to call customer service on their website- which of course does not take calls on Sunday! What a horrible way to treat people!
