Call me crazy, but if Beau does not like dealing with the public, then find another job behind the scenes. This person is dismissive and short with everyone. Never smiles, mumbles in response to customers saying “thanks” which I take to be a replacement for “thanks” or “goodbye” or “have a nice day”.

Very nice was greeted at the door and even though I misread the package label and brought it to UPS instead of USPS they were still able to ship my package out for me for free.

I had a return to send in for Amazon. Amazon sends you a link for the label to be printed out. For me to email that label to the UPS store so they could print it out for my return package cost five dollars. This must be some kind of new thing that they are doing, but that is ridiculous. I have returned items in the past and have not had this fee
