The CL clerk NEVER sent in my address card, NO record of change ! Pkg keeps being sent to old address, incompetint (sp) lady ay CL office.

- DMDavid MunozJan 31, 20261.0Awful delivery. Packages say that they're going to be delivered on a certain day and they come late. I'd rather pay more to use UPS, FedEx or DHL. I watched my mail being delivered and after retrieving my mail, my package wasn't there. I then checked the tracking page and the driver lied and said that my mail wasn't accessible at my location. Then how did they deliver my paper mail? Horrible.
