- ABAlaina B1 day ago1.0woman at the front desk (very rudely) tells everyone to use the self service kiosks after they have waited in a 10 minute line for things that she CAN do at the desk. (Not to mention, there was also a line at the self service kiosks, so all this did was waste more of everyone’s time and get her out of doing any work.) All the other employees have been very kind though!

- BGBeth GloryAug 5, 20261.0If I could give this location zero stars, I would. On May 23, I shipped a 56-pound package from Carmel, Indiana, to New Jersey. The package never moved beyond the initial scan. I contacted customer service, and they opened a case. I was later told there had been a barcode-scanning issue and that it had been corrected. I then returned to the Carmel Drive location, where an employee checked the system and told me the package was at the Indianapolis distribution hub. I was advised to submit a Missing Mail request, which I did. Today is August 5, and the package is still missing. I also filed an insurance claim, even though I had only selected $100 in coverage, and the claim was denied. The package contained many new clothes, food, makeup, and other personal items that I was sending to help someone in need. It is incredibly disappointing and upsetting that after more than two months, no one has been able to locate the package that large or offer any meaningful resolution. This experience has been frustrating, heartbreaking, and completely unacceptable.
