- AAAMcRill138Jun 22, 20262.0What’s going on with the 24 hour drop boxes??? I’ve had to come back because the drop boxes wouldn’t open, leaving me and other customers annoyed. People use these for convenience after 9-5 work hours, it seriously INCONVENIENT when you have to come back the next day, wondering if this time the drop boxes will open or not. Are they being locked, or just broken??? Or a little of both? Not to mention, when I came in today to get help, the guy working looked at me like I had two heads and handed me tape, when all I needed was help delivering a package that was too big for the boxes they had. Which is fine… I figured it out, but seriously… there’s better ways of educating people on what you need to do for certain situations. Not everyone hangs out in the post office.
