  I want to take a moment to recognize the truly exceptional customer service at The UPS Store at 106 N. Michigan Road in Carmel, Indiana. Paul, the manager, is outstanding. He and his team operate the store with remarkable professionalism, efficiency, and care. I don’t know every team member’s name, although I wish I did, because each person consistently goes above and beyond to help customers. During one especially memorable visit, my phone battery died in the middle of a transaction. Without hesitation, Paul and Arthur helped me charge it long enough to complete my shipment. That thoughtful, practical assistance turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless experience and perfectly captured the kind of service they provide every day. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure every customer receives the help they need. I also want to give special recognition to Arthur. He is fast, organized, mannerly, thorough, and exceptionally courteous. His ability to multitask while continuing to provide attentive, outstanding customer service is impressive. He is truly an asset to the team and a major reason this location stands out. I actually bypass other UPS locations because I know that when I visit this store, I will receive excellent service. Paul and his entire team have created an environment where customers feel valued, respected, and genuinely cared for. Their consistency, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile make this location exceptional. Thank you all for the amazing work you do every day. Your hard work, professionalism, and dedication certainly do not go unnoticed!

  Walked in to ship a package, and was greeted by Arthur. This young man was so incredibly polite, helpful, and informative! I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience at this location and being helped by this employee. If i could give 6 stars, I would!
