Upon arrival, I observed that only one staff member was assisting customers, while several others appeared to be occupied with their phones. This resulted in a longer wait time for myself and other patrons. Unfortunately, when I finally reached the front of the line, my interaction with the assistant manager, was far from ideal. Their demeanor was dismissive and unhelpful, and they were unwilling to address my concerns. She shouted several times that I was being disrespectful. I expect a higher level of customer service, particularly from a member of management.
