  Thomas saved my marriage with his help. It may seem hyperbolic but my wife sent me to return chairs and if wasn’t for his quick wits I would have been left holding the bag because Amazon doesn’t know how to print 2 labels. Max always the cool cucumber was ready to help and is the guiding light we need in this world. My go to store

  My experience with the store overall was good. The customer service was quick, attentive, and processed my Amazon returns efficiently. However, while I was standing at the cashier waiting to scan my QR code, I heard the store’s music playing quite loudly and clearly. Unfortunately, the song included the explicit lyrics, “I’ll f*** you right, I will,” and it was not censored. I understand that music is part of the store environment, but if I had been shopping with my two young children, I would have been very frustrated and uncomfortable with them hearing those lyrics. Please be more mindful of the music and lyrics being played in the store, especially in a family-friendly environment. Thank you.

  I want to take a moment to recognize the truly exceptional customer service at The UPS Store at 106 N. Michigan Road in Carmel, Indiana. Paul, the manager, is outstanding. He and his team operate the store with remarkable professionalism, efficiency, and care. I don’t know every team member’s name, although I wish I did, because each person consistently goes above and beyond to help customers. During one especially memorable visit, my phone battery died in the middle of a transaction. Without hesitation, Paul and Arthur helped me charge it long enough to complete my shipment. That thoughtful, practical assistance turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless experience and perfectly captured the kind of service they provide every day. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure every customer receives the help they need. I also want to give special recognition to Arthur. He is fast, organized, mannerly, thorough, and exceptionally courteous. His ability to multitask while continuing to provide attentive, outstanding customer service is impressive. He is truly an asset to the team and a major reason this location stands out. I actually bypass other UPS locations because I know that when I visit this store, I will receive excellent service. Paul and his entire team have created an environment where customers feel valued, respected, and genuinely cared for. Their consistency, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile make this location exceptional. Thank you all for the amazing work you do every day. Your hard work, professionalism, and dedication certainly do not go unnoticed!
