  Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences we have had. We ordered banners and from the very beginning we faced constant delays. Every time we were given a completion date, it was pushed back again. Because of the repeated delays, we had to change sizes and adjust our plans multiple times just to keep our business opening on track. The delays directly affected the opening of our business. The entire process took over a month, and in the end, we did not even receive the product we originally wanted. We accepted an alternative only because we were told it was the only solution available. Despite all the delays and inconvenience, we never received an apology, nor were we offered any discount or compensation for the time and money we lost. The problems were not limited to the banners. Some of the other items were made in the wrong sizes, even though my husband personally visited and provided the exact measurements. We had to cut and modify some items ourselves, and one of our frames was damaged in the process, forcing us to purchase a replacement at our own expense. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication. Instead of proactively updating us, we constantly had to follow up and chase answers. Responses were slow, timelines kept changing, and there was very little accountability throughout the entire process. This experience cost us valuable time, money, and unnecessary stress during one of the most important periods of our business launch. If you are looking for a company that communicates well, meets deadlines, and takes responsibility for its mistakes, I would not recommend this business.

  I needed 100 funeral programs for a mass for my recently deceased sister. I went to Alpha graphics and was completely satisfied with the finished product. Angelina was the artist who worked on this order and I was fortunate to meet her when I picked up the programs, which was two days after I had entered my order. (I had gone to Staples to see if I could be helped there and the cost was $40 more than what AlphaGraphics charged me, which was both surprising and pleasing to me.). I highly recommend this company.

  Had a great experience getting my printout done here. The staff were cordial, the process was quick, and the place was clean with good vibes. Would definitely prefer this shop for taking my future print outs <3
