Any damaged packaging is returned and the post office refuses to assist in a resolution in any way. This is not a post office but a PO service, stamp store and a drop box. Do not expect any sort of service. Fed Ex has not had an issue with any of my packages to date simply because they have real employees not button clickers. Update after roughly 1 year. They now forgot about my daily mail pickup. This post office could literally put me out of business in the future if their performance scales with my volume...
