- CCCandiceJun 25, 20261.0I visited today with a simple question about whether I needed packaging for a return that had a QR code. The employee was incredibly rude. It wasn’t the answer that bothered me—it was the manner in which it was said. I was simply asking a question because not all QR returns work the same way, and customers shouldn’t be made to feel foolish for seeking clarification. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way. I will not be returning to this location.
- KSKisha ShoneNov 18, 20171.0Constantly have to go through my neighbors mailbox just to get my mail (at a place with only 2, clearly labeled, apartment boxes). Staff also unable to give decently accurate arrival dates. If I'm told it'll arrive by Wednesday for sure, it's a bit annoying when I check my tracking number to see an arrival date of Friday.
