- DDdeepika dAug 7, 20261.0Very disappointed with this USPS location and the lack of support. My parcel was accepted and shipped on July 28, and the tracking has been stuck with the message “Your item has left our acceptance facility and is in transit to a sorting facility” with no updates since then. I contacted USPS for help, but instead of providing any actual information or investigating the issue, I was told that they can only see the same tracking information that I can see online. If USPS employees cannot access any additional details or provide assistance, then what support is available for customers when a package goes missing? It has been over a week with no movement, and my package appears to be missing. The lack of transparency, ownership, and support is extremely frustrating. I hope USPS investigates what happened and improves the tracking and customer service process because customers should not have to keep searching for answers about their own missing packages.
